So how does The International Standard for Service Excellence actually work? From self assessment to certification – CSN supports you every step through your journey.

These are the six steps, to find out more about an individual step, please hover your mouse over it:

  • Self Assessment
    You begin looking at your customer experience and identifying gaps
  • Site Assessment
    We determine your current position and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implementation
    Areas identified for improvement are addressed.
  • Pre-Certification
    We check that all of the improvements have been made.
  • Certification
    A qualified assessor from TICSI carries out on-site inspection and awards the accreditation.
  • Post-Certification
    Your service is checked every year to ensure it still meets the standard.
